The Franklin County Foundation for Community Justice had a booth offering both information and fun to Garlic & Arts Festival attendees.
Festival goers talked with Foundation members about our mission, and how we’ve been positively impacting Franklin County through our various programs. We talked extensively about our mini-grants, and about the Diane Esser Fund.
